There is an error though... It's in beta. You're not supposed to be able to check anything. He is just showing what it's going to look like once he finishes. |

I'm fairly certain it's legal. It's not stealing any income from Nintendo or Hatena, they shut down FH.
I'll edit the title of this thread, since it's not really Flipnote Hatena--it's SudoMemo. And it's not even a beta, it's just a demo.

He made a good amount of funny flips, couple music videos...I got to know him since he would host ssbb tournaments on Fn. I once had a conversation with him about animating a SF, and he told me that SFs are too easy to animate, full body is harder/better etc. I guess people just assume that Stickfights don't take much effort because, after all, they don't usually have full body armor and all that. |
