Coming in February 2015. Exact date still TBD.

It's a "special version" available to all Club Nintendo members. So SIGN UP FOR A CLUB NINTENDO ACCOUNT!

Flipnote Gallery: World will not be included. However, you will be able to download your Flipnotes from Flipnote Hatena. So that's nice.

The Flipnote Community needs to decide the best place to share Flipnotes, due to the lack of Flipnote Gallery: World. But for now, let's rejoice that the software will be available!!

Oh jeez, 2 FLIPPIN YEARS. Just for it to be offline. Gee Thanks Nintendo. To be honest, due to me being busy, I just remembered about this place when Nin announced it was coming.

I meant for regions (south America, Singapore, etc.) that have NoA 3DSes.
