Thanks for writing. I would like to first apologize for the delay in our response. We have been especially busy and thank you for your patience as we reply.
I can tell from your email that you are a big fan of the Flipnote Studio service and can appreciate your interest in seeing Flipnote Studio 3D released as soon as possible. I'll be sure to document your comments and make them available for other departments to use as they see fit, so your feedback is heard.
Since you had several questions, I felt it would be easiest to address them individually below. Please see the following information for the answers to your questions.
1. and 4. Currently, we do not have an estimated date for the release of Flipnote Studio 3D; however, I can confirm that we are still working on the application.
2. Please note, we at Nintendo of America are unable to provide legal advice. Because of this, I will be unable to comment on the legality of this website. Additionally, this application wasn't created by Nintendo, so we do not have an answer to your question about this being a replacement for Flipnote Studio 3D.
3. As for why we didn't make any announcement regarding this application during E3, I'm afraid this was a specific business decision made by Nintendo, and we are unable to elaborate. Furthermore, there isn't another department I can forward your email to for an answer.
5. While I would like to explain why Flipnote Studio 3D isn't available in the Americas as of yet, I'm afraid this isn't information we are provided. Again, there isn't another department I can forward your question to for an answer.
