How do I get the old dsi flipnote to the 3ds?
Is there a way if not can I get the 3ds one early?

You can get the old Flipnote Studio on there by hacking. I think I saw one guy do it...
If you want Flipnote3D early, I suggest getting a Japanese 3DS.

You can't unless you modify you system I think.
And yeah. If you want Flipnote Studio 3DS early, you'd need a Japanese 3DS, although apparently there's some process you need to do for it in order for the 3DS to work or get software from the eShop that you have to get in Japan? I don't know exactly, my friend has stated that...I don't really think there's is a process. I think it'd work.
