Sakurai Update (04):New Sakurai picture! (02/19) "Pic of the day. This dog is huge… Wait, no, the playable characters are small. The Smash Bros. series doesn't always stay true to scale."
 I think Sakurai's hinting at the fact of Ridley. Taunting us... > I think they should bring boss battles back except with a new feature that you can play as a boss and fight other players! It could be like that one game mode from tank tank tank and even that new game Evolve. I hope the have boss battles, they are hinting at an adventure mode possibly similar to melee's (Sakurai doesn't want a story campaign because people put up the cut-scenes online which he believed defeated the purpose of playing that game mode, which is completely untrue!) and it'd be cool to have boss battles in there. |

Ridley and Pacman confirmed you farts Uh, no. As far as I know, they're not playable or in the game. Sakurai has teased people about it, because he knows the feelings he will evoke to them. If they're in, show me proof. |

Ridley and Pacman confirmed you farts They're not confirmed yet but pending. Pac-Man I think has a good chance of getting. Namco Bandai are co-developing the game and it is said that they may put a character in (they stated it won't be from Tekken) and since they are going full steam ahead on their Pac-Man reboot (which I have a love/hate relationship with) they promote him more with other top gaming mascots. Ridley of course is the size of a dump truck but it is possible to shirk him a reasonable amount (I mean the made Olimar big [never said I truly liked that]). One modder did it and it was good. It just gives me a weird feeling see that awesome space dragon that small... Time will tell. |
