Just wondering Hyp3r, since you said the mod was saved on a sd card, can't you take out the card so you only can play brawl mode?

Yeah you could, but sometimes I think the SD Card is in my DSi since that's where I keep all my imported flipnotes so I play Brawl with the SD Card still inside the Wii, as I think it's not in there.

You know Hyp3r, if you really want the characters to be less floaty then can't you just make the gravity setting as strong as it is in Melee, rather than download Project M?

You could I suppose, but there are still multiple factors that make me prefer Melee/Project M over Brawl. Less "floaty", you can't air-dodge continuously which makes it more challenging so you have to rely on DI, and air-dodging can change your direction. Adding to air-dodging changing your direction, you can wavedash which is a really good technical move along with being really fun to do. There's more opportunities for really nice combos since most characters are decently fast and your attacks cause way more hitstun than in Brawl so they can't interrupt your combo as quickly. L-cancelling is also really favourable, since you can halve your landing lag, adding more likeliness of a combo. The ledge game is also more difficult, since being able to grab the ledge is much more precise. TL;DR: All in all, I like Melee/Project M more because it's faster, more chances for combos, very technical with L-cancelling, wavedashing, etc. I can't get used to the slow, more patient mindgames of Brawl where you just slowly eat away at an opponent. I like to just poke and then destroy (for lack of a better word). Of course, this is no way means I hate Brawl. Brawl is very enjoyable and I can have great fun with it and I sometimes use Brawl as a way to take a break from it's counterparts. However, the techniques of Melee and P:M are more enjoyable to me. Just a few P:M matches if you want to see it in action. Apex 2014 - CT EMP Mew2King vs Sethlon - Losers Quarters - Project M Top 8Apex 2014 - CT EMP Mew2King vs CT EMP Armada - Grand Finals - Project M Top 8
I am not sure if the matches have profanity, so if you watch, pleased be warned there may be some. I don't think there's any though.

Heh. It's nice to see another ssb player who knows a lot of the terms and moves. I also enjoyed melee due to the quick thinking and timing you had to have to get your combos off successfully. Tell me, did you ever enter a ssb tournament?

Tell me, did you ever enter a ssb tournament? I only started playing in September, since Evo 2013 SSBM was so good and I got encouraged to start. I'm going to a Project M tournament this Tuesday though.

Edit2: When I go to stage builder no menu pops up except for the stage builder screen. I am using my sd card from my 3ds.

Did you delete any custom stages you might've had? P:M doesn't work if there are any.

Also has Roy and Mewtwo, Turbo Mode, the new stages, more balanced characters. It's a little more lenient than Melee with technical stuff though.

I'll do WiFi battles. Gotta get the WiFi safe set though. Also, I'm all the way up in west coast Canada so there could potentially be lag.
