Merry Christmas everyone! And thanks for the smoke vids! I studied them alot, and here is the result of what I think I learned. i.imgur.com/izeHqQI.gifIn order of effects (so you're not confused) 1. small landing/dashing smoke 2. sliding on the ground after getting launched in the air 3. Launching into the air (to the right) 4. Landing straight down and blowing the smoke away with energy 5. Attack into a wall 6. My attempt at a 3-d explosion. Pretty good Liss! The 3D smoke shape was a little...unnatural looking, but 3D explosions are the most difficult to do. All the others were good though. Maybe shade them a bit too? |

I'll be on Hyun's Dojo and Stickpage when I get Flash 8. Be warned, I had an account on there and when I forgot my password, do you know what happened?.....Nothing, can't get back on my account. Also with Stickpage. I can get on the account but posting and making threads? Unheard of! |

I would love to get into flash pivot and even digital media instead of just working on the 3DS all the time. I just don't know where to start!
EDIT: What programs would you guys recommend for a beginner?

Not sure. I've only really heard of Flash 8 for a good computer animation software. Pivot seems kinda iffy to me. I think that the knowledge of animating with Flipnote will help with Flash though.
Use Terkoiz's tutorials for help if needed.

Oh by the way, anyone seen the Madness Combat series? I think those moreorless count as stickfights.
I'd link a few but they're pretty violent.

I made an account on Hyun's Dojo just for the heck of it. I am still banking on using fn3d, though. Maybe in a few months if fn3d isn't released, I'm gonna give up on fn.
